      <image:title>INTERVIEWS - Interview with Gabrielle Tang.</image:title>
<image:caption>Any advice for aspiring volunteers ready to invest their time and talents for lasting impact? — Find a cause that you really care about, then find (or found!) an organisation that works on it and aligns with your values. Reach out to them to see what opportunities they have. Not all organisations can handle more volunteers, though, so if this happens, don't get discouraged and keep looking or trying. If you are interested in SheSharp, you can take a look at our website for more information. Admittedly, we are still working out how to best bring in interested volunteers, but we would love to hear from you!</image:caption>

      <image:title>INTERVIEWS - Interview with Gabrielle Tang. - Professional background</image:title>
<image:caption>Gabrielle is from Australia and has lived in Amsterdam for six years, where she is building her own business. She also holds a Director position at SheSharp - an NGO based in the Netherlands that offers an inclusive community, events, programmes, and resources that make it easier for women and non-binary individuals to work in Tech. Gabrielle's life in Tech began as a teenager when she taught herself to code. After studying and working in software engineering, her non-linear career has oscillated between roles in coaching, innovation, people management, and project management. Outside of work, Gabrielle is a big fan of food (cooking and eating out), trying new hobbies like improv comedy, and exploring different places.</image:caption>

<image:title>INTERVIEWS - Interview with Gabrielle Tang. - What moments have been most rewarding? — My most rewarding moments are any time that someone in our community tells me that being a part of the SheSharp community has helped them. Even hearing that a personalised welcome message in our Slack made someone feel good is enough to make me feel great. Working out how to best my commitments is an ongoing journey, but generally, having accountability with my team and scheduling tasks has worked well for me.</image:title>
<image:caption>How do you ensure that your actions and decisions as a leader or role model are in harmony with the values and goals of the organization or community you support or guide? — This can be tough, and there have absolutely been times where I haven't acted in a way that's aligned with our values or goals, unintentionally. I don't think it's possible to ensure that actions and decisions will always be, but we make the best effort by defining our values, having a code of conduct, and facilitating a psychologically safe environment where others feel comfortable calling you out about it. And personally, I reflect on my actions and decisions regularly.</image:caption>

<image:title>INTERVIEWS - Interview with Juliette van der Laarse.</image:title>
<image:caption>Any advice for aspiring volunteers ready to invest their time and talents for lasting impact? — Find what truly moves you. Look for causes that touch your heart and activities that play to your strengths. Volunteering isn’t about how much you do, but how deeply you commit to and connect to the cause. Let your actions reflect who you are, and you’ll see the impact you can make and the personal growth that comes with it. And as I said before, you don’t have to do it all alone. Build your village and surround yourself with supportive people who share your passion.</image:caption>

<image:title>INTERVIEWS - Interview with Juliette van der Laarse. - What skills do you bring to volunteer work? — In my volunteer work, I try to bring a mix of skills I've picked up over the years. I started with organizing events and developing programs. As I gained more experience, I added technical skills and strategic thinking. I often find myself acting as a change agent, helping to drive new initiatives. I also love mentoring, advocating for various causes, and using my debate skills to support others in making strong arguments and legal cases.</image:title>
<image:caption>What moments have been most rewarding? — The most rewarding moments in my volunteer work are when I see real change in people. Watching young individuals discover new dreams and gain confidence is incredibly touching. It's also heartwarming to see people and organizations come together for a common cause, showing the best of humanity. These experiences of unity and personal growth remind me of the deep kindness and potential in our communities.</image:caption>

      <image:title>INTERVIEWS - Interview with Anna Molnár.</image:title>
<image:caption>What moments have been most rewarding? — It's very rewarding when you get a big thank you for your efforts, whether someone has paid for it or not. Volunteering gets you in touch with like-minded people, which is very beneficial if you are a solopreneur. How do you manage your volunteering commitments? — I have learned to minimize my commitments to volunteering, looking for the most efficient way to make a difference rather than saying yes to all kinds of requests. It's really okay to say more "no" than "yes" to volunteering requests. After all, it shouldn't take up too much of your precious time and attention, as you need them mainly for your own business and personal life. Less is more!</image:caption>

<image:caption>— I judge by the feedback and transformation that happen in the people I mentor. The more mentees I can have, the more seeds of change I could plant in society and help it change in the long run. The women would feel empowered to lead, to be seen, to grow, and to impact the corporate world, so for each and every sub-generation, it would be easier. In the end, it all leads to equality, diversity, and women's representation in all industries and sectors, as well as at all hierarchical and leadership levels.
